On Saturday, September 5th, 2020, starting at 3.00 pm, the auction candidates will be phased out starting with catalogue number 1. Catalogue number 2 at 3.05 pm, catalogue number 3 at 3.10 pm and so on.
After the auction
Which bid decides the end of the auction?
The end of the auction of a particular horse is automatically extended by another 5 minutes after the last bid, i.e.: I bid at 2.59 pm on catalogue number 1, which would automatically expire at 3.00 pm. Now the end of the auction of catalogue number 1 is shifted by 5 minutes to 3.04 pm, and so on. The auction for the individual catalogue number ends as soon as no higher bid is placed in the corresponding period. The end of the auction for catalogue number 2 is at 3.05 pm, for catalogue number 3 at 3.10 pm and they will, just like in the above example of catalogue number 1, extend for another 5 minutes if a higher bid is placed.
For example, how will I be informed about a surcharge?
Directly after the end of the auction of the respective horse, you will be notified by e-mail to the e-mail-address known to us.
How does the payment work?
The Verein Schweizer Sportpferde will contact you on Monday after the auction for invoicing and payment. The bidder will receive an invoice with the price of the horse, the commission fee (6%) and the VAT.
What happens to the horse after the auction and who carries the risk?
The bought horse can be collected at the location in exchange for the purchase price or after payment has been made in advance.
With the end of the auction and the buying of the horse, the liability for injury or death of the horse is transferred from the seller to the buyer.
Wann und wo findet die Übergabe der Pferde statt?
The transfer of the horse will occur after payment.
